Well, Here We Are.
Well, here we are. This website and blog has been in my heart for a very long time and I am so glad you are here with me on this journey. What a relief to know we are never alone. Right?
I started blogging 15 years ago when I wanted to find a place to document my thoughts and life. I think my first blog was called From Horses with Love. I loved it. It gave me form for my at the time formless life. There were many after that creating a form for my many disciplines in life I was studying at the time. Equine Therapy with a specialty in children with Autism and Down syndrome. My training in bereavement counseling with equines was also a very helpful is shaping my life today. I went on to studying the connection between mental health and personal development with horses, taught by Linda Kohanov in the Green Valley of Southern Arizona. I studied under her program for 2 years and it was a very sacred process I hold dear to my heart.
My destination on this journey of life has always been the same. To help. My heart has always been open to serving others and help them in any way I can possible.
My life has taken to many parts of the globe, and for this I am grateful. Lessons have come at me sideways, hard times have been traveled deeply and painfully through only to surface as the most beautifully curated opportunities to deepen my understanding of living from the inside, out.
This site will be mainly a container for my offerings in sacred sourdough courses, workshops (in person), vintage items for your kitchen and home and of course, these journal entries.
I hope this serves as a landing place for you to be inspired, supported, and heard and hopefully in the process learn something new. Like making amazing bread or choosing a piece of vintage to add to your home, making it sacred and meaningful.
With love,
Jocelyn xx
