    This is foundational with any creative process. In this module we will explore what creativity means to you, why it matters, and how to reconnect with your creative self. We will also implement daily practices that help soothe and rewire your brain when the myths of creativity start to creep into the process.

    Through reflective practices and the beginning of an abundant toolbox you will uncover the desires and dreams that have been quietly calling you to create.

  • CULTIVATING CURIOSITY

    Finding Inspiration Everywhere

    Discover how to see the world through a creative lens. In this module, we will dive into practices that spark curiosity and encourage exploration. This is where you will notice changes in your creativity levels and the “ah ha “ moments will begin to trickle in.

    We will dive into the world of exploring in new ways to fuel creativity.

  • Overcoming Creative Blocks

    Breaking Through Resistance

    Every creative journey comes with challenges, but blocks don’t have to stop you. This module provides tools and mindset shifts to help you move through fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism, so you can create with freedom and confidence.

  • BUILDING YOUR CREATIVE PRACTICE

    Creating with Consistency and Joy

    Creativity thrives in routines that feel natural and sustainable. In this module, you will learn how to design a creative practice that fits your life, keeps your inspired and helps turn small sparks into consistent progress.

    We will also explore tools to help sustain the energy level so that burnout and feelings of intense overwhelm are kept at bay.

  • Sharing Your Creativity

    Bringing Your Work to Life

    The final module is about stepping into your creative identity with courage. Whether you want to share your work with others or simply infuse more creativuty into your life, this module will help you celebrate journey and embrace the possibilities ahead.

    Whether you are a seasoned creative or just beginning, this course offers inspiration, guidance, and tools to help you nurture your creative spark, from seed to fruit.

  • Creativity isn’t about being an artist with a paintbrush and a palette, or making anything perfect. It is about exploring, experimenting and expressing yourself. TCC is designed to meet you where you are at and guide you toward discovering the creativity that’s already within you. 

  • The course will run 5 weeks with: 

    • Weekly modules delivered online 

    * Practices, assignments, and prompts to help you reflect and grow 

    * LIVE Zoom sessions for community connection, Q+A and personalized support. 

    You will have lifetime access to the course materials so you can revisit them anytime. .

  • Not at all! All you need is the willingness to explore and try new things. If specific materials are helpful for practices like or a notebook or a basic tool we will let you know. Journal pages will be provided in the material for you. 

  • Yes! We will have a LIVE Zoom every week and if you cannot make it there will be a recording you can access. There will also be a private space within the course to share and ask questions. 

  • The cohort is designed to be flexible. As with anything in life, the more you put in the more you get out. 

    You will want to carve out 2-3 hours per week to engage with the material and make an impact. 

  • This cohort is priced at $140 for early bird signups January 11th-28th and $170 after but before February 1st.
